This week, we’re trying to focus in on our research materials for our individual projects so we can start drafting the content that’ll ultimately be on each of our webpages. Our goal is to be ready to put information on the website next weekend, when we’re going to have a marathon weekend of building our site. We hope that by preparing our content as much as possible now, we can just focus on presentation and tackling any bugs we might encounter while trying to work on the appearance of our site.

We’ve added a new logo to our page (thanks to Leila’s amazing drawing skills) and Megan is updating the floorplan to include annotations of the objects in the room. We’re reconsidering the layout of the Encyclopédie page to be more scroll-oriented, so that users can explore each plate one at a time with more depth.

If we all make sure we get our individual projects’ content in good shape during the next few days, we should be ready to really hone the final product next weekend and in the following weeks.
